    He studied economics at the Ruhr University Bochum and began his career in 1993 at Price Waterhouse Coopers (then Coopers & Lybrand) before working for the Lufthansa Group from 1994 to 2013, including 6 years as CFO in the Philippines and Malta. After 5 years as Managing Director of a medium-sized financial holding company, Mr. Schmolcke headed the accounting department of the Vapiano Group as Director Finance from June 2018 to the beginning of 2020.

    Nikolaj Schmolcke works, among other things, as a restructuring expert for DRESENMALL GmbH and trains professionals in reading balance sheets.

    After completing her law studies, she worked for four years as a fully qualified lawyer for Faur S.A., a listed company based in Bucharest, Romania. She then worked as Senior Legal Counsel at the law firm Erini Dima in Bucharest, where she advised multinational companies on a wide range of complex legal matters, ranging from corporate law to contract law and various litigation.

    She started her career at Vapiano SE in May 2016 and accompanied the IPO process. Since August 2017, she has been head of the legal department.)

    Born in 1955 and member of the Supervisory Board of Vapiano SE since July 2020.

    After graduating as a commercial specialist, Werner Engels was involved in commercial and gastronomy real estate throughout his professional activity. From 1985 he introduced chain stores such as Runners Point and Foot Locker to the German market, at Christ Juweliere he was responsible for the expansion and expansion of the branch network.

    From 1999, as Managing Director Real Estate at one of the fastest-growing German retailers, Bonita, he was responsible for the strong expansion of the branch network and the construction of numerous new points of sale. During the subsequent 6 years of self-employment as a specialized commercial broker for retail and catering space, he further expanded his network in the real estate and retail sector.

    In the following 8 years, he decisively developed the branch network of the world's largest accessory chain Claire's Stores from Chicago in the Central European countries with well over 100 new locations.

    Since 2016, he has been Director Real Estate at Vapiano SE.
