| The reporting party sold all of its shares to Mayfair Vermögensverwaltung SE ("Mayfair SE") and assigned them with effect from March 13, 2020.
Mayfair SE is the controlling partner of Mayfair Beteiligungsfonds II GmbH & Co. KG, the in turn holds more than 30% of the shares and voting rights in Vapiano SE.
Prior to the sale of the shares in Mayfair SE by the party subject to the reporting obligation, the reporting party, together with other shareholders, controlled Mayfair Beteiligungsfonds II GmbH & Co. KG via Mayfair SE.
For the remaining notifiable shareholders of Mayfair SE, this applies to Vapiano SE no changes. |
