Lutz Scharpe CFO

Born in 1969 and member of the Management Board since December 2015. He studied business administration at the University of Bayreuth and began his career in 1990 at Commerzbank AG in Düsseldorf, initially with vocational training as a banker. Between 1994 and 1997, he took part in a trainee programme of Commerzbank AG in the field of corporate customer service. In 1998, he worked for Mannesmann AG as a Manager in the corporate finance department. Following that, he was CFO at IR.on AG from 2000 to 2003. From 2003 to 2015, he held various positions for the Deutsche Lufthansa AG Group, including Director Controlling Solutions & M&A at LSG Lufthansa Service Holding AG, Director Merger & Acquisitions for Deutsche Lufthansa AG, and CFO Northern and Eastern Europe for LSG Sky Chefs Denmark AS in Copenhagen. Most recently, from 2010 to 2015, he was Chief Financial Officer Europe for LSG Sky Chefs Europe Holdings in London.

Lutz Scharpe is appointed to the Management Board of Vapiano SE until 30 June 2023.

Oliver Meier Member of the Management Board

Born in 1973 and member of the Management Board since July 2020. He studied business administration at the University of Applied Sciences in Bielefeld. His professional career began in 1992 at the Lippischen Landes-Brandversicherungsanstalt in Detmold, initially with vocational training as an insurance salesman. After completing his studies in 2002, Mr. Meier worked as a senior associate in the auditing company at Haarmann Hemmelrath & Partner GmbH, which later became MAZARS Revsions- und Treuhandgesellschaft mbH, auditing company. From 2007 to 2010 he was employed at VION Food Group, Düsseldorf, and from 2010 to 2013 at Kentucky Fried Chicken, Düsseldorf, in the Internal Audit department. In 2013, Mr. Meier moved to Vapiano SE and since then has been Head of the Internal Audit & Risk Management department. In addition, he took over interim responsibility for the Human Resources Department in February 2019.

Mr. Meier is appointed to the Management Board of Vapiano SE until June 30, 2025.
