Vapiano SE: Cornelius Everke has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer


Cologne, November 30, 2018 - Today, the Supervisory Board of Vapiano SE (ISIN: DE000A0WMNK9, stock exchange symbol: VAO) appointed Cornelius Everke as Chief Executive Officer of Vapiano SE with effect from December 1, 2018. He succeeds Jochen Halfmann, who resigned from the Management Board by best mutual agreement effective November 30, 2018. Cornelius Everke has been a member of the Management Board since May 1 of this year and was previously responsible for the international markets as Chief Operating Officer (COO).
